My approach

Interested in teaching and especially in the pleasure of teaching, I offer flexibility and muscle strengthening classes to work on mobility and body awareness.

 

Starting late - at twenty - and without any physical condition, my teachers taught me a gradual, gentle learning process.

In a situation like mine, it was about making the muscle more flexible while creating it, so as not to injure it. What I try to convey to my students is first of all a work of bodily awareness, that is to say, being aware of which muscle we are working and how, and why.

Ashtanga is a yoga that I have always practiced in addition to my practice of contortion and balance, to give myself a structure of work, rebalancing and anchoring in my personal work. I chose this training to be able to enrich my teaching in addition to my training as a circus artist and visual artist, through the Fine Arts.

A private lesson is a moment of self-care and a luxury for many people. The suggested rate is a price that seems to me to be adapted to the individual service that I offer in a well-being setting. I like to think of an inclusive person, which is why I mention here a reasonable flexibility according to the possibilities of each person. If the price were to be a hindrance, do not hesitate to contact me to discuss it.

In this same relationship of kindness and respect, I consider that the cancellation of a course is done at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise it will be compensated, thank you for your understanding, and I hope to see you soon on the mat!
